No. Thoughtfully Planned gives you the tools, guidance, and support to plan your own event.
You remain the planner and decision-maker. We’re here to help you organize the details, think things through, and feel more confident about what comes next.
If you’d like one-on-one support along the way, Personalized Planning Help is also available.
Are the Planning Systems digital?
Yes. Our Planning Systems are digital products unless an individual product page specifically states otherwise.
Nothing physical is shipped.
Can I print my Planning System?
Yes.
You can print the complete Planning System or only the pages you want to use.
Can I use my Planning System on my phone, tablet, or computer?
Yes. Your Planning System can be viewed and referenced on a computer, tablet, or phone.
Some products may also include fillable or interactive features. Specific features and file formats will be listed on the individual product page.
Depending on the device you are using, some worksheets may be easier to complete on a computer or by printing them.
Do I need special software?
A standard PDF reader is sufficient for the downloadable PDF.

How do I receive my purchase?

No.
Personalized Planning Help is available whether or not you purchase one of our Planning Systems.
You can book a session on its own or use one alongside a Planning System when you want additional guidance.
What is Personalized Planning Help?
Sometimes you just need someone to talk it through with.
Personalized Planning Help gives you one-on-one time to work through planning questions, organize priorities, review timelines, talk through decisions, review a Planning System, or create clear next steps.
Current options include:
- 30-Minute Planning Session
- 60-Minute Planning Session
- Planning Partner Package with three 60-minute sessions
These sessions provide planning guidance and support. They are not full-service event planning or coordination.
What are the free resources in the Resource Center?
Our Resource Center includes free articles, planning ideas, checklists, tools, and downloadable resources designed to help make planning easier.
All Resource Center materials are free.
Some downloadable resources may ask for your email address so we can deliver the resource directly to you.
Do you recommend vendors or other event professionals?
Our Resource Center may include recommended professionals or businesses.
Availability and geographic coverage may vary. If a recommendation involves a paid, sponsored, affiliate, or other business relationship, that relationship will be disclosed where appropriate.
